When: November 4 (9:00am-4:00pm) and November 11 (9:00am-4:00pm)
Where: Old School Makerspace (2659 Eisenhauer Rd.)
What: Learn to cut dovetail, mortise, and tenon joints by hand. Using a simple project, students will build a step stool while learning to use hand saws, chisels, hand planes, and a variety of marking tools to lay out, cut, fit, and finish wooden joints. You will walk away from this class with a finished project as well as the necessary skills to cut a wide variety of common woodworking joints.
